The meeting with Petr Ulrych took place on September the 11th from 7 pm, at Leica Gallery Prague (Školská 28, Praha 1). The interview, complemented by the author´s photography DVD show, was lead by the director of the gallery, Jana Bömerová.

Petr Ulrych led the nude photography workshop in behalf of Leica Gallery Prague on May 17 in a spa complex Svata Katerina.

The opening of Petr Ulrych´s exhibition "MILD & WILD" took place in New York on December 5 2008 at 6.30 pm. The exhibition presented his latest works from 2008, nudes and still lifes. Bohemian National Hall in New York, USA. NY, Manhattan, 321 E 73rd Street, December 5 2008 - January 5 2009.

Petr Ulrych has got two awards at the festival L'ETE DES PORTRAITS (organized by the French association of professional photographers) in French town Bourbon-Lancy in Burgundy. One of the awards was for the best BW nude. Awards were handed over by a vise-miss of France.

3/5 2008 there was an auction in Josef Hotel at Prague 1, organized by Leica Gallery Prague to support a reconstruction of its new exhibition place. Petr Ulrych contributed by the photograph “I´am your star", archive print, dated, signed.

A celebration of the anniversary of the 17th of November Revolution took place in Manhattan club “Pink Elephant” in New York. The part of the action, held under a patronage of Czech and Slovak consulates, was the auction of fine arts. The money from the sold works of Petr Sís, Jiří Turek and Petr Ulrych will go the children’s homes in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
